It is with great sadness that we advise that our long standing member, Chris Aitken passed away last Sunday 2 August. Our condolences go out to his extended family including fellow members, Wilbur Wilde and Oscar Koch.

****Due to heavy rain overnight and Monday morning, the scheduled Fairway Club Game has been cancelled for Portsea today 10 August. Individual members can still play a social game if they wish to brave the elements. Portsea club has been informed.***

Next week we return to the Melbourne sand belt with our game next Monday booked at Peninsular-Kingswood Golf Club. We expect strong demand for the game next week, so we ask members to respond promptly to the Captain’s invitation email this week and look forward to catching up next Monday.
